The AGM is open to all residents of Kingswood, however, only KRA members can vote on the business of the evening. This includes the election or re-election of the association’s honorary officers, approval of the audited KRA accounts and any resolutions which have been proposed.
Any member wishing to propose a resolution must give no less than seven days’ notice by e-mail to: kingswoodra1@gmail.com marked ‘Resolution’ to arrive no later than Monday, May 27, 2024. The same notice is required for any nominations for KRA officers or committee members.
