Outline Planning Permission has been submitted to Reigate & Banstead Council for 130 new homes on Canons Farm – have your say by Friday 6th March.
An outline planning application has been submitted for 130 new homes at Canons Farm between Kingswood and Burgh Heath.
This site is high-grade agricultural land that is currently in productive use. It lies within the Green Belt and is designated as an Area of Great Landscape Value.
Development of this scale in this location would erode village identity, remove high-quality farmland, and destroy beautiful countryside teeming with wildlife. Once green belt land is gone, it is gone.
It is essential that residents’ voices are heard, so please do submit your comments on the plans by visiting the Reigate & Banstead Borough Council planning portal and searching for application 26/00128/OUT.
